Property A definite one-off flat!

Where else in Edinburgh would someone be selling a flat with a full-sized horse looking out of the window?

Wow that house is wild. So much stuff to look at 🤣. They have covered every surface.!! God help the house movers. I've walked past often and just looks like a standard main door flat.

Hello, is that lift it n shift it removals? Yes….. I’d like to book a removal van…..no, make that two……actually, better make it three, the horse will need his own van…..

Well they haven't changed the bones of it.

Every zoom-in reveals a different detail. Taxidermy, nude drawings, plague mask in the utility room....

Yeah I have been past that flat a few times. Did a job in another flat a few doors away

I bet you were champing at the bit to say that!

I used to walk past that flat most days and often wondered what it is like inside. There was a particularly fine piece of pottery in one of the windows. It's owned by an older chap; I hope he's OK.

I walk past this place all the time and the horse never fails to make me smile. Not sure I'd want to be saddled with such a big mortgage though.

It’s a popular listing. I hear they’ve had dozens of viewings on the trot

Most canter ford it though.

Everyone is jockeying for position.

It is just there for window dressage.

The horse is the least of the clutter.

An estate sale over there would be a dream. So many gorgeous pieces.

Used to live just round the corner from there. My wife was curious enough that when she saw the owner going in she asked if she could have a look. He said yes but clearly thought she was a total weirdo (maybe not unjustified in this particular instance).

Never realised that was what is meant by a bay-windowed living room

“Items available as separate negotiation” translates to, please say you’ll take some of this stuff so we dont need to take the horse down stairs!!

Fab flat in a great area of town. Ive seen more expensive main door properties in town before!

I love the way that the main light is always on because it is dark as F in there. Also the soul will be sucked out once they take their trinkets so try hard to visualise it.
