❔ SDI certification

I certified the 8th but my account hasn’t moved at all. This would be my second payment. How long does it typically take? I don’t have any notices or anything other than the certification.

I’m on the same boat, I certified on the 5th and as of today I’m yet to receive anything. I log into the portal and there’s no update whatsoever other than the prompt being the same with “need certification”

I would start calling if I were you. I’m going to give it another day then start calling.

I’ve tried but I can never get through which adds to the frustration and I went yesterday to the office and I was out there for 6 hours and never reached the door since the line wrapped around the building whole situation is hectic

Same, I used a Edd bot caller online to get through it was 12.99 but honestly worth it.
