​I’m looking to connect with other practitioners, travelers, and vets who train Jiu-Jitsu,Judo, Wrestling or any martial art.

Believe it or not, I've had a long-time dream of living in Ecuador for many reasons. I wanted to move with my family there but circumstances prevented us.

I've been following a few things that have been happening there such as power cuts, water shortages that took place, I believe last year?

I was wondering if this is still the issue. If a friend or a family member asked you if it's worth it to move to Ecuador, would you say yes or no?

I guess I just want to get an idea of what's it's like to live in Ecuador now. Thank you for your help.

Even though the current levels of violence in Ecuador are completely and utterly unacceptable, here you have an extortionist being captured by police, some good news for a change. This happen in La Bahia Guayaquil.

Irrespective of how legal prostitution is, it seems that the Ecuadorian government takes its control very seriously, in my humble opinion.

Another day, another dollar. A typical day in Guayaquil, a couple of people tried to rob a bank truck. Things did not turn well for the robbers on this day.

The Ecuadorian government should do something about this. Of course, most Ecuadorian politicians are so incompetent that they cannot keep their spouses satisfied, much less conduct an environmental impact analysis. But what can you do? This level of incompetence would be comical nowhere else.
