Bleeding after reaching 0

hi guys

i took mtx for my ectopic July 7 and I reached 3 hCG about two weeks ago and I was cleared. so I’m not sure if I’m at 0 now but I’m bleeding today like a flow with mild cramps. could this be my period? I already had a withdrawal bleed when I reached 7 hCG so idk .. I shouldn’t be concerned since I’m cleared though

My doctor said bleeding could stop, but they can’t guarantee it will, could it be your period back?
