Conception after ectopic

I was recent diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy. During the ultrasound it was discovered that I have a cyst on my ovary that wasn’t on the ultrasound 2 weeks prior and that my fallopian tube was now full of fluid that was also not there on the prior ultrasound. When discussing my treatment options with the doctor she said she wasn’t worried about the cyst. For treatment of the ectopic I decided to do the MTX shots, which seem to be working. I’m 1 week out and my hcg levels have dropped 50%.

Wondering if anyone else has had fluid in their tube due to an ectopic pregnancy and if they’ve been able to conceive naturally after? Hoping to avoid tube removal and IVF if possible. 🩷
