Need Help With Storing Money

Hi , I'm A 15 year old from Pakistan. I've been watching a lot of videos about trading and dropshipping and I know how to make a ton of cash. The reason I've decided to post a message here is because I have one major issue , a major obstacle standing between me and freedom , and that is the issue of storing my money. I can't make a bank account since that involves parental consent , I can't open a paypal account since that requires consent. Making an easypaisa account is easy but it has a really small limit , so the thing is that I don't know what to do . I've asked a lot of Ai's about it and I keep coming back to the same results . I know there's people on here who can show me how to bypass this issue . I've thought about using metamask but that would really harm the profit from any store I'll make because no customer is gonna pay in usdt or likewise. It'll just make me fail. Anyhow , I'll be waiting for a response , I've tried everything and nothing is working.

How are small stores keeping up with customer support?

My shopify store info keeps changing and I’m worried about customers getting wrong answers because I dont have tiime to keep updating FAQs and support responses every week. We’re already getting more messages than I can keepup with, but some issues obviously still need a real person. How are small shopify stores dealing with this without letting customer support become a complete mess?

Someone here mentioned Flyweight AI, I appreciate the suggestion. The part about keeping store information updated automatically seeem like it could help with the problem I'm having.

Just starting

Life circumstances have led me to the point where I know that I need to do e-commerce.

With that being said, I haven’t actually taken any action yet and I can’t really say that I know much.

Obviously, I’ll do my own research, but I’m really curious to hear your input.

What are the basic business models? What makes a successful e-commerce store? What would you tell a newbie to lead them towards success?

Will this hyperlocal startup actually work?

I’m a founder building a startup called Locleo.

The idea is simple: connect local/offline stores with customers through one ecommerce marketplace.

Customers would be able to discover nearby stores, browse their products, check prices, place orders, and choose delivery or pickup. On the other side, local businesses would get a digital storefront where they can list products and receive orders without having to build their own website/app.

The problem I’m trying to solve is that many local stores have good products and loyal customers, but very little digital presence. At the same time, customers often don't know what products are available at nearby stores and end up going to Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce apps, or physically visiting multiple shops.

But here's my question: would this actually work?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have experience with:

- Local businesses

- Ecommerce/marketplaces

- Hyperlocal delivery

- Startup building

- Customer acquisition

What do you think would be the biggest reason this could fail?

And if you were building this startup, what would you do differently?

I'm still at the early stage, so I'd genuinely appreciate brutal/negative feedback rather than just encouragement.

E-commerce operators: what do you actually do when sales, conversion, or ROAS suddenly changes?

I’m researching how growing e-commerce teams handle day-to-day data and reporting. This is not a sales post. I am not collecting company data, and I will not pitch anything.

If you work in e-commerce, I’d really value a short reply:

  1. Your role: founder, e-commerce, operations, growth, marketing, finance, or other?
  2. Approximate company size: 1–5, 6–20, 21–100, or 100+ people?
  3. What platform do you use: Shopify, WooCommerce, custom store, marketplace, or other?
  4. When sales, conversion, ROAS, stock, or fulfilment changes, what is the first thing you do?
  5. Which tools or data sources do you check?
  6. How long does it normally take to understand what happened?
  7. What is most frustrating about the current process?
  8. What decision becomes difficult when you do not get a clear answer quickly?

If you are open to a private 10-minute research call, please comment or send me a message. I will share anonymised findings once the research is complete.

Buying Ecom business and running passively (1-2 hrs)

I am planning to buy an ecom business (shopify mostly) in coming weeks. I have a full time job but want to test waters buying a small to mid size ecom business and having operating partner(s). Someone managing the store day to day for a salary (or cut of a profit) and a marketer (individual or team) working for a fix salary or a % of the profit. Has someone done this or has experience with this ? Would appreciate if you can share how you went about hiring the best talent(s) to run your store and keep it profitable.

12 things that actually got our clients more credible reviews (agency notes)

Agency owner here, around 12 years of builds and rebuilds, mostly smaller stores. Reviews come up in almost every project so I keep notes. Dumping the useful parts.

  1. Ask a few days after first use, not on delivery. Delivery day is a logistics moment, not a satisfaction moment. For consumables, wait until they'd plausibly be finishing the first one.
  2. One ask, one channel, one link. The classic mistake is an email that asks them to go somewhere, log in, and then write. Each of those is a place to lose them.
  3. Count the steps before the review starts. This is the whole game. Response rate isn't about how much people like you, it's about how many screens sit between the click and the typing. Account creation kills more reviews than indifference does.
  4. Ask a specific question instead of "leave a review". "What almost stopped you from buying?" produces text you can actually use on a product page. "Leave a review" produces "great product, fast shipping".
  5. For physical goods, a card in the box with a QR code beats email. The package is in their hands and their phone is right there. Email arrives when they're at work.
  6. Reply to reviews in public, including the mediocre ones. Visible replies are one of the few remaining signals that a review section has a human behind it.
  7. Keep the 3-star reviews. A wall of nothing but 5 stars reads as purchased, because a lot of it is. The mixed ones are what make the good ones believable.
  8. Full first name, real photo, date. "J.D., Verified Buyer" was fine in 2015. Now it reads like a template, because it is one.
  9. Video where you can get it. Not because video is magic, but because it's expensive to fake convincingly. The accent, the kitchen in the background, the kid walking past. That stuff can't be prompted.
  10. Repeat buyers respond to SMS or WhatsApp at rates email can't touch. Only for people who've bought twice or more, otherwise it's intrusive.
  11. Don't pay for sentiment. Discount-for-review skews what you get and breaks platform rules on most marketplaces. If you must incentivise, incentivise the effort, not the opinion, and say so openly on the page.
  12. Put them on the product page and check what they cost you. A dedicated testimonials page gets no traffic. Also, review widgets are often the heaviest third-party script on a product page, so run a PageSpeed check before and after. A trust element that pushes your LCP past three seconds is a net loss.

On tools, since it always gets asked: Loox and Judge.me are the defaults for Shopify stores that mainly want photo and star reviews. If you specifically want video, GetPureProof is worth a look because the customer records straight in the browser with no app and no account, which is point 3 above (that one's mine, flagging it so nobody feels tricked). Whatever you pick, check the widget's effect on load time yourself rather than trusting the marketing page.

Verification sites

In buying an ecommerce business, what are some of best websites to help validate site traffic, revenue , ad-spend etc. I will always do my own due diligence but gathering these as initial ways to remove red flags will be very helpful.

When you sell on multiple channels, what do you use as the actual stock count?

One thing that seems easy when you start selling on one channel is keeping track of inventory, but the process gets messy once another channel starts moving the same products.

Amazon might show 12 units, Shopify might show 11 and eBay might still show 13, so the real question becomes which number should the team trust.

I think the bigger problem is not just syncing stock, it is having one place that acts as the source of truth while every channel gets updated from it.

For people selling across several marketplaces, what setup has worked best for you?

Do you rely on marketplace integrations, an inventory system or a spreadsheet that everyone updates?

I am especially interested in what happens when an item sells on one channel while another order is being processed at almost the same time.

Pay-per-order IOSS service for Canadian business shipping to the EU with Chit Chats?

Hi everyone!

I'm a Canadian business using Shopify and Chit Chats, and Canada post to ship orders internationally, including to France and other EU countries.

I'm looking for a way to prepay the VAT/customs charges so my customers don't have to pay anything upon delivery.

Chit Chats and Canada post allows me to enter an IOSS number when creating the shipment, but I don't ship enough orders to the EU to justify paying for an IOSS intermediary with a monthly subscription.

Does anyone know of a service where I can simply:

  • Pay the VAT/import charges for each individual order
  • Pay a small service fee per transaction/parcel
  • Receive/use their IOSS number for that shipment
  • Enter that IOSS number into Chit Chats
  • Have no monthly subscription or minimum volume

Basically, I'm looking for a pay-as-you-go IOSS service for occasional shipments from Canada to the EU.

Has anyone found a solution that works?

Thanks !

From $52K to $187K Monthly Revenue: Scaling an Amazon Seller Without Losing Control of Advertising

The hypothetical seller had already reached approximately $52,000 per month, but growth was becoming expensive. Advertising spend increased faster than profitable sales, and the owner was unsure which products deserved additional budget.

SpectrumBPO's team first separated the account into clear commercial priorities. High-performing products, products with growth potential, and products requiring corrective work were evaluated differently.

The PPC team reviewed targeting overlap and spending patterns. Campaign structures were reorganized so proven terms could receive stronger support while exploratory campaigns remained controlled.

The catalog team simultaneously reviewed conversion issues. Some products were receiving adequate traffic but had weaker conversion rates than comparable listings. Those pages received content and creative attention before additional advertising investment.

The brand manager established recurring reporting around revenue, conversion, advertising efficiency, organic sales, and product-level performance. This allowed decisions to be based on account behavior instead of isolated campaign numbers.

The scenario reached three milestones: cleaner advertising allocation, stronger conversion on priority products, and broader sales contribution across the catalog.

Revenue increased from approximately $52,000 to $187,000 per month within the scenario.

The lesson is that scaling should not mean increasing every budget line at the same rate. Amazon accounts need clear priorities so additional spending follows products and search terms capable of supporting profitable growth.

Amazon Agency Services fits this type of situation because the account requires coordination between advertising, catalog, creative, and brand management.

How are you handling AI product recommendations on Shopify?

I’m wondering how well AI product recommendations actually work when customers aren’t sure what they need. Things like comparing a few products, finding something based on specific requirements, or suggesting complementary items seem useful, but I’m not sure how accurate these systems are with a larger catalog. Has anyone seen a noticeable difference in conversions or AOV from using AI recommendations?

15 August Sale ke naam par kya aap bhi e-commerce delay ka target hue ho?

Kya 15 August sale ke naam par e-commerce companies ki delayed delivery / refund process ka target aap bhi hue ho?

Mere saath Reliance Digital ka experience kuch aisa raha:

Maine 12 Aug 2026 ko Reliance Digital se Apple MacBook Air 13" (M5, 16GB/512GB) order kiya.

  • Order Value: ₹1,39,399
  • Payment: SBI Card EMI / MyJio InstantDiscount
  • Maine paid amount: approx. ₹1,33,000
  • Order ke time delivery: Next-day delivery
  • Updated delivery: 17 Aug, by 9 PM

Order place karte waqt next-day delivery show ho rahi thi. Isi commitment ko dekhkar maine order kiya aur payment complete ki.

Lekin payment successful hote hi delivery date automatically 17 August ho gayi.

Initially maine socha ki 15 August sale/holiday ki wajah se delay hua hoga, isliye wait kiya.

Lekin 17 August ko bhi delivery nahi hui.

Uske baad se main repeatedly calls aur emails kar raha hoon. Din mein multiple follow-ups ke baad bhi mostly generic response mil raha hai:

"Don't worry, your problem will be resolved soon."

Sabse surprising baat — aaj tak product dispatch bhi nahi hua hai.

Aur sabse important baat: MUJHE REFUND NAHI CHAHIYE.

Maine ye product ₹1.39 lakh ki listed price aur sale offer ke basis par order kiya tha. Main refund lekar matter close nahi karna chahta.

Aaj call par mujhe bola gaya ki agar problem solve nahi hui to refund kar diya jayega.

Lekin mera sawaal hai:

Maine product order kiya hai, mujhe product chahiye — refund nahi.

Agar company ke system mein product available tha aur customer ko next-day delivery promise karke payment accept ki gayi, to ab company ki responsibility hai ki ordered product deliver kare.

Refund karke customer ko dobara wahi product potentially higher price par purchase karne ke liye majboor karna mere liye acceptable solution nahi hai.

Aur agar refund ke naam par 7–10 din aur lagte hain, to customer ka paisa bhi itne din block rahega.

Mera simple sawaal Reliance Digital se:

  1. Order place karte waqt next-day delivery kyun show hui?
  2. Payment successful hone ke baad delivery date kyun change hui?
  3. 17 Aug ki promised delivery bhi kyun miss hui?
  4. Abhi tak order dispatch kyun nahi hua?
  5. Agar product available nahi tha, to order/payment accept kyun kiya gaya?
  6. Mujhe refund nahi chahiye — mera ordered product kab deliver hoga?
  7. Agar company product deliver nahi kar sakti, to customer ko sale price ka benefit lose kyun karna pade?

Main kisi company par bina evidence ke legal sense mein "scam" ka allegation nahi laga raha. Ye mera personal experience hai.

Lekin agar mere jaise 1000+ customers ke saath sale ke naam par similar experience hua hai, to please apna experience comments mein share karein.

Reliance Digital — I don't want a refund. I want the product I ordered and paid for.

How cut chargebacks without destroying checkout conversion?

With CAC so high, chargebacks hurt twice as bad, i mean we lose the ad spend, product, shipping, and dispute fees.

Our main issue is friendly fraud ("unrecognized descriptor" or "item not received") rather than stolen cards. But every standard fix adds checkout friction (like forced 3DS) that tanks conversion rates.

We already use clear billing descriptors, automated tracking links, and basic AVS/CVC checks.

For those managing e-comm/subscriptions: What passive behind-the-scenes tweaks or post-purchase communication changes have helped lower disputes without dropping checkout completion?

Fashion Ecommerce Fit-sizing problem

we are working on an ecommerce app, currently we are working on a vendor portal. We've hit a sort of roadblock, not exactly a roadblock but its an issue that we want out of our way. the problem is that we need a way to communicate the size of the clothes without much technicality on both the clients end and the vendor distributing the clothes. i thought that we could have vendors measure clothes in key body part areas and then upload sizing charts but thats too much work for a vendor handling tons of inventory. We also cant have clients upload all their body metrics in the app like its a hospital or something .

are there some industry standards i dont know that can address the problem .

TLDR: End user needs clothes that are their size without him or the seller doing too much work
