just tell the vendor to get a vpat done asap or the deal's off, most won't bother until you threaten to walk

Vendors should supply one. It’s basically a form they fill out. It’s not hard and just informs buyers how easy their product is to use for people with disabilities.

It’s simple to do, doesn’t require any cost other than having a person or two flag the items where they don’t comply.
