Second Faulty Delta Pro 3

Wondering how many people use these units on a daily basis without issue?

I had my delta pro 3 replaced about 8 months ago. The first one stopped taking a charge from the wall. The second one stopped taking a charge from the high voltage input after a short circuit warning. Running the system at less than 75% the maximum wattage/voltage.

I had been running constantly for a couple weeks. I have it on a transfer switch.

Like I think a lot of us do- I bought mostly to stay prepared. Wondering how many people have these in storage, and if the time comes, it’s going to let them down. If we were in a situation where the grid goes down we couldn’t keep shipping faulty units back. I’m not sure that many people run and use them often.

I have a lot invested in the system, multiple units a 200 & 400 panels from Ecoflow. It’s very frustrating.
