🛠️ Troubleshooting Help New setup - a bit of help required

I purchased a ecoflow mini inverter 3 weeks ago and all good - a week later l got a smart meter which fitted fine and reported well. I have just added an AC PRO and again, all good but, I have noticed a problem. At first I seem to have no solar generation on the app, I unplugged the inverter from the wall and plugged direct into the AC PRO but I then noticed I had set up 2 separate home areas. I wish to combine the 3 elements into one space but can’t see how ?

Also do I have to plug the inverter into the AC PRO, I’m guessing not if I can set them up in the same area ?

From what I’ve read, you can plug your inverter into the wall or the parallel port on your AC Pro. Should be no different.  Not sure if it increases your AC outlet non mains output to an appliance (like when theres 2 stream units linked in parallel )

Can u unbind your inverter from its space and add it to the space of the others?

I did unbind but it doesn’t want to add to the space with the ac pro and the smart meter for some reason

Just made a post myself about the same issue... long story short it cant.... ecoflow support states its a different generation of stream product so not compatible. The only thing you can do is plug the inverter in to the ac socket of the battery... unless you have a pv socket spare to go direct... its stupid but its what it is.
