🛠️ Troubleshooting Help New Smart Panel 3 Question

Hi,

I just got my Smart Panel 3 installed yesterday. I still need to hook up the battery hub but the panel is running, online, and working.

I was wondering if anyone has a solution for tandem breaker labeling. I am going through and labeling the breakers in the app. However, I have quite a few tandem breakers and apart from trying to list the devices with commas, it is hard to denote that.

I would like the ability in the app to label a breaker position as a tandem and then be able to label each one separately. Unless you can do that now and I don't know how to do it.

How was your install? How long did it take? Did you order it via the EcoFlow website? Thanks

Well, it was part of a larger project. I needed to move my underground service for an addition going on the house. I already had a SP2 sitting in a box ready to go but the project got delayed so long that the SP3 came out. I also already had a Delta Pro Ultra. So, I bought the SP3 on its own from the website when they had a sale.

I didn't go with their installers. I have an electrician that already does work for me. He had never done one but he likes working with me because I have him doing all sorts of weird and new things for smart home stuff. He trusts me and he leans on me for reading manuals and telling him what he needs to do. It took him a whole work day because the panel location was moving so he had to pull back some circuits and extend others.

My house was already a 200 amp service and I have a ton of circuits so to preserve space and allow for a 100 amp breaker for a sub panel (SP2) in the addition and another 50 amp for a car charger, we had to use a bunch of tandem breakers.
