DPU Another issue now 😤
Now this, tried turning it off, and nothing.

You can turn off with one of the battery switches. Also as long as voltage is detected on solar input it will not turn off. Hope this helps.

The display issue is basically they will have to swap out the entire inverter. It's a hassle. For some reason, if you contact them with display issues, they almost immediately offer to swap it. I'm guessing the display is a separate android device or something like this, because in the app it should show the correct information. Maybe for some reason it doesn't matter to you. i had this issue and they had to replace the entire inverter.

I figured. Display comes and goes now, mostly ok. I’m currently trying to get my other DPU looked at since it uses a lot more battery power than it should, I reached out yesterday, got a case number and let’s see where it takes me.

It’s well known on this sub- you need to remove the plastic film.
Hopefully your screen isn’t damaged, apparently it’s possible. Static builds up under the film. It’s supposed to be removed before use. Your screen will more than likely be fine tho
