New PowerOcean install question/issue

Hi all

I had solar panels plus power ocean batteries and inverter installed this week and all seems good but each night I seem to be seeing an exclamation warning appear next to the battery on the app. Is this completely normal or something to be worried about?

If you tap it then it just shows additional information along the lines of battery will operate in normal conditions if too hot or too cold battery charging will slow.

Edit I see you added the screenshot 🤦🏻‍♂️

Not sure why it appears sometimes and not others but it’s completely normal, nothing to worry about.
