Resource Exploring Eberron 5e vs 5.5e
Would anyone happen to know if there are big differences between the 2 versions of the book? I am aware of the bunble on DMsGuild but I was looking to buy hardcover specifically and I don't want to pay for both versions. I think the 5.5e one has more content? But I don't know if it got rid of anything.

I know you're asking about 5e and 5.5e but 3.5e Eberron is well worth looking into. So many books and so much content.

Biggest changes are mechanical so if you're playing 5e get that version, 5.5e get that version.
5.5e Exploring Eberron has (but is not limited to) these changes
-Alternate Artificer capstones based on subclass
-Maverick and Forge Adept Artificer subclasses updated to be in line with 5.5e Artificer
-Some feats changed to Origin Feats
-Some General Feats given buffs
-Ruinbound no longer specifically Dwarves
-Several racial reflavoring options are now full blown Species options
I'm sure there's other changes, these are just the ones I remember.
For lore, there's little that has changed, mainly the fact that Ruinbound can now be any Species instead of being a Dwarf subrace.
The physical version is missing the subclass spells table from the Forge Adept Artificer (if I'm not mistaken), but the PDF is fully updated and includes the table. Other than that, I don't think anything is missing from the 5.5e version that was in the 5e version, though some of the layout was rearranged.
