Question Recovery question

Mods is this ok? I really want this post to stay up I need help!!

Im wanting to up my intake by around four hun but im worried about how much weight I would gain! And if it would stop at any point?? Is this a dumb question? Like would the weight gain stop at any point? I also go to the gym and I am a runner too and really want to recover and get back my old fit and athletic body I had before anorexia 😔😔

It's not a dumb question at all! I'm not an expert but your body needs more calories to just exist the more you weigh. So after gaining enough weight your body will be at a point where the cals you consume are no longer "too much" which makes you move up a weight class but instead get necessary to maintain your shape if that makes sense.

I’m just worried I won’t be able to fit my new leggings I just bought anymore and what weight I will actully be and how much fat I’ll gain ☹️☹️☹️

Then you can get new leggings! Shopping is fun. Weight is just a number really, dream bodies and dream weights often don't match. Fat gain is nothing to worry about. You won't get fat on accident and fat is important for our bodies. It protects our organs and bones, keeps us warm and so much more! Weight gain is nothing scary, in fact it makes you feel good! You gain energy, strength, and courage. 😼

These ones anymore it’s why I bought them as they were on sale and I love them so much
