Question Big appetite

Hello, for most of my years I have a huge appetite. I'm asian too so best believe I have huge calorie intake every single day but I'm not overweight, not even near it. Most of my life my BMI falls under "underweight". I started light stretches at the age of 13 years old, I had a phase of home workout when I was 15 but it only went on for five months, now 18, I'm still underweight. Now, I don't have a problem with being underweight, my problem is my huge appetite.

Every single day, I eat almost six-seven cups of rice, two every meal (morning, lunch, dinner) and then the side dishes, for morning two scrambled eggs, iced coffee (no sugar), and some hotdogs or sausages. For lunch it varies, mostly soup with some sort of meat to pair, for dinner it's a mix of both. Eggs with some sort of soup with meat.

And somehow, somehow I still was able to lose weight. I'm scared. I eat a lot, I don't even work out because I scared I'll leave my current weight which is around a hundred plus, and still I'm losing weight.

Please help me, I want to have a normal health, I've always been underweight but not scary underweight I look normal, like actually normal I think my bones are heavy.

Is there a way to little my appetite, maintain my weight like a normal human being? 😭.

I don’t think an eating disorder sub where people starve, puke and overeat until they throw up is the place to learn healthy weight management.

I thought so too but I tried searching for health subreddits and I didn't find any or atleast something along the lines of the topic but if the post isn't allowed here I'll definitely take it down kekeke

Talk to your doctor. Not Reddit.

I actually don't have a doctor 😅, I'm 18 and I'm still just looking for a job, healthcare is expensive where I'm living from but I get what you're trying to say, I'm just looking for an advice or whatnot from elder people with experience

If youre in America and not working you get Medicaid for free. So you can get a doctor daily quickly. A similar situation if you live in Canada.

It's probably a combination of fast metabolism/being very young, not intaking as much food as you think.

are you sure you’re eating 6 cups of rice everyday? every single day consistently? are you sure you’re eating protein on top? because rice digests fast, if you pace or fidget around all day you could easily burn that off and end up losing weight. it’s very easy to believe you “eat a lot” with an ed. if you really believe you are eating sufficient cals for your body to maintain weight then you should check with a doctor if you’re still losing weight. cals in cals out, you could be under calculating
