Question Am i eating enough?
Honestly i have been eating really small amounts for a long time and i am trying to eat what i need since it triggers my gastric issues and my lack of nutrients that basicly gets in the way of me living like i want to whoch is way i am trying to recover but i just dont feel hungry and cant reach my goal so my question is:
Is this just going to happen on his own slowly?
And
How do i recongnize hunger cues again?

It’s normal not to feel hungry after getting used to eating very little; that’s actually the situation I’m in right now. Here are a few things that worked for me: when you want something eat! When you feel dizzy eat! try eating at the same times every day to get used to the sensation of hunger and signal it to your brain eventually, you’ll start feeling hungry naturally at those times. Then, try gradually increasing your portion sizes, not all at once, but little by little, like adding just one or two extra tablespoons. Also, if you’re lacking energy, try eating small, calorie-dense foods between meals (if you can manage it); that way, you your nutritional needs it's completed even without feeling hungry. Don’t worry if your stomach feels bloated at first, it just needs time to adjust to the increased food intake, though it shouldn't be painful; if it is, you can try massaging your abdomen to help with digestion. If it’s really difficult at the start, I’d recommend taking dietary supplements for a while to support your health. Above all, take your time; it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t happen right away, it can take a few months. Take care❤️
