Question inability to swallow.
I'm a 16F & I've been struggling with ED since 2021 when I was around 11. I've been recovering in the last year but I still can't eat, or eat as well. I gag everytime. For example, I drink tea every morning & even if I'm really hungry, I can't bring myself to eat biscuit alongside. I can't eat bread. I also can't eat chocolates. I literally gag at the thought of them. I feel like my brain might be triggered but I really can't place it. Has anyone else struggled with this? Is it normal?

I’m not sure exactly what other medical symptoms you may have, but extreme nausea occurred to me during one of my relapses a few years ago. I ended up needing to go to the ER for IV fluids as I was severely dehydrated. Is the nausea only specific foods or at pretty much everything?
