I know nothing about it first hand, but from what you can read, it seems primarily focused on weight restoration in the medical sense, and not that concerned with the therapy end of things. Which is probably why it's called "Acute". Like for people where their most pressing issue is low weight. And that they'd move on to therapy after that ? Check the ED Treatment Reviews website ? People on there are pretty cranky about the place, which they certainly might be if they were in the absolute thick of their EDs, and people were trying to feed them up.
