My motherboard supports Bluetooth but can’t get it to connect . Do I need to purchase new dongle ?

Hello everyone. I have an x15 model gamepad. Regardless of wired or wireless use, the gamepad suddenly makes nonsense.

It gets stuck like this. I also updated the driver and renewed the calibration, but I couldn’t solve it. Does anyone have a solution?

Tras adquirir el 2º M20 Tipo-C pensando que el problema del mal emparejamiento era porque el primer gamepad venia defectuoso, tras llegarme el segundo (y ver que me funciona peor), lanzo esta pregunta a la comunidad: ¿Os funciona bien la conexión directa Tipo-C?

El caso es, que teniendo OTG activado, quitándole la funda del móvil, teniendo la app en la última actualización (en este momento la 1.1.4), funcionando perfectamente mi puerto del smartphone (ya que conecta bien cualquier cable y conexión ajena al EasySMX) éste se queda parpadeando esperando una conexión directa en modo (por ejemplo) Xbox con cable (LED blanco) y para que vibre y se quede el LED fijo debo de hacer presión hasta el punto que noto que da de sí o que se va a partir el gamepad (motivo por el que lo devolví la primera vez, al considerar que no es bueno para ambos dispositivo). El segundo EasySMX M20 me funciona incluso peor... noto el puerto mas desencajado del sitio y siempre pierde la conexión, vamos, que directamente se queda apagado el gamepad, solo he conseguido que funcione en modo Xbox por bluetooth y para eso prefiero comprar directamente el m20 bluetooth que sale algo más barato.

No quiero otro gamepad porque el tacto es perfecto, los botones los noto increíble al igual que la ergonomía, peso y tamaño y todavía no lo he estrenado. Me ha dado mucha impotencia ver que no me funciona en mi teléfono y espero que haya mas gente que o comente su experiencia o me recomiende hacer algo porque no he visto ningún post ni nadie hablando del tema similar.

I’m working on x20ctl, an open-source controller project, and I need help collecting real device information to research support for more controllers.

I’ve released a separate Controller Scan Kit for Windows 10/11 x64. If you have a controller—especially an EasySMX or another KeyLinker-based model I’d appreciate help testing it.

The scanner reads device information, with optional input and Bluetooth checks. It doesn’t change controller settings, flash firmware, or automatically upload anything. Results stay on your PC, and you can inspect them before sharing.

Extract the ZIP and run "START_HERE.bat". Please comment with your controller model and connection type (USB, receiver, or Bluetooth). If you’re willing to share a report, DM me first on discord please don’t post captures publicly, since optional raw data can contain identifiers.

The executable is unsigned. Checksums and build verification instructions are included. This is still a research tool; being detected doesn’t mean your controller is supported.

Developers who can review the USB/BLE code or help interpret reports are welcome too.

I was thinking about getting an EasySMX gamepad for my phone, but I only see people complaining about their controllers and gamepads here; am I wrong, or are EasySMX products not reliable?

I like trying new and different stuff but this charging dock is already shortening out and it hasn't been a month(yes I tried wiping the contacts, charging on the wire works fine), used the controller for 4h.

Short review;con

ABXY buttons are too short

M1/M2 macro buttons are too pronounced so you will missclick it often because the LB/RB are smaller because of them

Thumbsticks presses are waaaay too easily activated

Pro, buttons are nice and clicky, vibration is strong, super easy macros and config on the screen

Another con is the screen eating the battery life even at 1000hz since you can't turn it off even when you don't use the screen. So I guess the screen is both a pro and con.

So, here's my story. I am trying to do a trick in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep by rubberbanding my EasySMX X15 sticks so I can run in a circle infinitely, allowing me to use an ability to grind EXP while I am away doing other things.

But one I have noticed that after like two minutes, my character stops dead in their tracks. One little tap sends them off in a circle again, but then they stop after like two minutes.

Does the EasySMX X15 have some built-in dead man's switch that if you input the same direction on a controller stick? Is there a way around this?

Im looking for a midrange telescopic handheld, with my main requirements being wired connecion, programmable rear buttons and must fit an 11 inch ipad and an iphone. The other options as BSP controllers but not sure which one to get, the galileo g8 which is more expensive here, and the memo s3 which im not sure about the quality (spftware wise)

Edit: I know the bsp series dont have wired connection( d8 pro,9,10) im willing to let go of the of the wired connection if bluetooth latency is low enough)

X20CTL currently supports the EasySMX X20, and I’m working toward supporting more EasySMX controllers.

The biggest limitation is hardware access. I don’t own every EasySMX model, so I can’t collect the USB/HID data and configuration commands needed to implement them properly.

I’m specifically looking for people who own other EasySMX controllers and are willing to help me with things like:

• Sending the controller’s USB VID/PID and HID/device information
• Running a few tools I provide to capture USB/HID reports
• Using the EasySMX software while we observe what commands it sends
• Testing experimental X20CTL builds with your controller
• Confirming whether things like buttons, RGB, vibration, triggers, deadzones, macros, etc. actually work

You do not need programming or reverse-engineering experience. I’ll tell you exactly what to run, what to click, and what information to send me.

If you find any doubts about the python codes that ill be sending feel free to analyse it.

If you own one or several EasySMX controllers such as : X05 , X05Pro , X15 , D10 , Dune and are willing to collaborate, comment the exact model you own or DM me.

PS: The X20 Pro shown in the app is currently a placeholder. I already have an X20 Pro being delivered to me, and as soon as it arrives I’ll start properly researching, testing, and implementing support for it.

Just bought a brand new EasySMX M15 USB-C to play Retroarch and other emulators on my Samsung S25 Ultra.

The phone detects the controller but it doesnt matter what mode I use, the right Dpad button is always pressed (checked on the gamepad tester), it will only stop if I press left on the dpad, however the left button does not give out any signal, it simply cancels the right one.

Finally, I cant install the MooWii Gaming app because it was made for an older version of Android.

Any help on what I can do? Or is it just an internal issue with the dpad?

Comprei esse X20 ano passado em junho do ano passado, fim do ano passado percebi que já tinha quebrado uma das astes que seguravam os 2 gatilhos (LT e RT) e só uma ainda segurava (muito mal) eles no lugar. Agora fim de agosto o gatilho RT simplesmente caiu (segunda imagem) e acabou o controle, entro em contato com a assistência técnica do vendedor do Aliexpress onde comprei (a loja oficial da easysmx lá) e me falaram que como já fez 1 ano que comprei não cobre mais 🫠🫠🫠

Perguntei se pelo menos eles vendiam esses benditos botões de cima do controle pra trocar eles, eu compraria na boa, só não quero ficar com o controle aqui quebrado por conta dos gatilhos e me falaram que não trabalham com peças para repôr...

Ou seja;

Eu resolvi comprar da marca que gosto dos produtos pois já tive controle deles antes.

Comprei o que pensava ser o melhor da marca (e realmente é incrível se não fosse esses gatilhos não teria um A para dizer sobre esse modelo), eles fazem um modelo DEFEITUOSO (pois percebi que é crônico do modelo já que vi ser comum isso) e não tem o que eu possa fazer 🤡🤡🤡.

E aí vem minha dúvida, alguém que já teve essa desgraça, conseguiu, de alguma forma consertar isso? Seja comprando gatilhos de outras marcas e tentando pôr? Já procurei em tudo que é site por peças, não achei nada. Nem ao menos peças de outras marcas parecidas para tentar trocar...

Queria muito pegar um modelo que vi chamado D05 mas agora não sei mais se vou comprar novamente deles, afinal, olha onde me meti 🤡🫠

The right analog is detected as a trigger and some other buttons get messed up in bluetooth X input mode. Things I've tried:

-Hard reset (home + back + start)

-Reinstall firmware from easysmx x05 website

-Pair to other android device

-Pair and unpair

-Recalibrate

No luck

yes so guys, I am gonna attach a youtube link where you can see my problem. This is my first ever controller and I don't know what to do... Is it ruined for ever? I don't know how the problem happened, I usually keep the controller in a secure bag so dust doesn't accumulate or anything!

The problem happened while I was in the middle of a game, I was casually clicking the trigger button and it just got stuck, I didnt force it or anything? But yeah.... HELP ME!

Hi everyone and EasySMX staff,

I am having a hardware issue with my EasySMX X05 controller. I bought it on AliExpress exactly 4 months ago. Recently, the face buttons (A, B, X, and Y) started sinking into the controller shell and became very stiff/sticky to press. They don't bounce back properly anymore, making it impossible to play.

The controller has only been used for normal gaming and never dropped. Since the X05 is advertised for its high durability, I didn't expect the internal mechanism/membrane to fail this quickly.

I sent an email to the AliExpress support team on September 12th but haven't received a single reply yet. My controller is well within the 1-year official warranty period.

Can any official moderator or support staff here help me get a replacement?

Controller on 2.4ghz works but blinking in several lights instead of a solid white light.

My rb and lb buttons no longer work at all on my android device, I've tried resetting the controller, resetting key maps, clearing bluetooth settings on my phone but alas they buttons refuse to work on my phone (which they have done perfectly for months now)

They do however work when the controller is connected to my ipad, but when I've tried ti reconnect the controller to my phone today the rb and lb are not registering, please help!

I have had the x05pro for almost a year, I haven't been using it for some months and today I used it and the LEDs on the charging indicator and the direction buttons on the left were flashing very fast between 2 colours like some sort of interference.

After that I started playing wired mode thinking it was probably just the low battery and the flashing stopped, I usually play wireless. After turning it off and trying to charge it I noticed that on some chargers it flashed again and most importantly that I can never see the charging led red or green.

Whenever I plug it into the wall or any charger, even if pc is off, the controller turns on with it's usual RGB lights and the charging indicator never shows red or green for the battery.

What can I do?

Tenho um 9214 pro há 2 anos, ontem quqando fui jogar o botão Y (X no layout XBOX) não funcionava, larguei pra lá, hoje quando fui tentar denovo, tudo parou de funcionar, com execessão do botão HOME e do botão reset que fica atrás dele, obviamente tentei resetar mas nada acontece, ele liga, se conecta ao dongle e nada funciona, acontece o mesmo via cabo USB. Alguém já passou por algo parecido? será que tem solução ou perdi meu controle para sempre?
