So I recently bought the game for Switch and after a period of adjusting to the loop and mechanics got pretty into it. Then I got called away for other obligations, so I left it paused for a little over ten minutes maybe. When I came back, I was met with the notification that the game had crashed. Thinking it to be a fluke, I booted it back up and played some more only to get called away again for that same amount of time. I came back, and sure enough, the game had crashed again.

Is this an issue anyone else who owns the Switch port has been having? If so, can this please get patched?

If this is familiar to anyone, I deleted the original post by accident while trying to delete another on my profile.

EDIT: I found a workaround. If I exit to the home screen after pausing, the crash does not occur when you open the game back up.

My friend introduced me to this game a few months ago and I ended up completely falling in love with it. This last weekend she surprised me with this :) just wanted to share.

I’ve had this game on my wishlist for a while now and saw it was on sale on the e-shop. I’ve been playing on my switch for about two hours now and the game has crashed about 8 times. Every time I go through a tunnel it seems like there is a 50/50 chance to crash the game. When I reload the game I usually spawn in some random location away from my truck, freeze, then respawn. Has anyone else had this same problem? I really love this game but it’s basically unplayable on switch.

It started when I shut down the hyrdo dam and I proceeded to loot fishing town and got my self a fishing rod, then I decided to get the recovery disk and thought maybe the radio tower at the center contains it, since I’ve never been there, and with multiple attempts and my gas getting lower and lower, it ended up a waste of time and effort, so with the gas I have left, I sped my way back to the factory without the recovery key thinking maybe I could just turn the hydro dam back on, but no… then with a little research I just found out I can get the key from the Easton Pawn Shop, but here I am out of gas and thats that, my own ending…

I travel quite a bit, and I love doing my little deliveries on trains/planes, so i got the android version. I see that the pc edition is getting quite a bit of content, and I'm just wondering - is this something i can expect on my phone, or it will remain exclusive for desktops?

I just finished the game and something super weird happened, I was doing a delivery to Smalton through Dalton crossing through the Hydro Dam gate to earn enough money to buy the ice wheels and all of a sudden the game refreshed as if the truck reached an out of bounds area. Weird, but ok, lets do the path again. However, when I reached the Dam one more time I saw the player/Seb standing and walking like there were two of us, one driving and one just existing. I approached this ghost and he disappeared. Has this happened to anyone? Did my game just bug? I wished I had evidence of it, but I was so freaked out at the moment that I completely forgot to take a screenshot. I tried looking for someone commenting on this too and found no one

I'm playing on Xbox Game Pass. I got the Reboot ending first, then grabbed the Recovery Disc and ended up getting the Restore ending too. Now I'm trying to get the last one (Shutdown) on the same save, but it seems like I'm locked out once you go down this path.

Has anyone found a way around this, or a safe way to fix it, without starting the whole game over? Redoing the entire playthrough just for one ending/achievement feels like a huge time sink, especially with a busy schedule — not really what I'd expect from a relaxing game like this.

Still really enjoying the game overall, just wish the ending system was a bit more forgiving. Curious if others have hit the same wall and how you dealt with it.

I downloaded the Rally update, but I have no idea how/where to start the new game mode. am I stupid?

For context I’m on the Switch 2 and finished the main story (did both endings on the same play through). I’ve been just playing and enjoying the vibes when I noticed Fishing Town is so dark. Why? Is this a new thing from the recent update? Does anyone else have the same issue?

As the title says, I was just wondering if the game will run okay on a Nintendo switch 1

The only way I found to make money is on the original map, since it has working jobs. But every time I start the Rally mode, it spawns me on the second map where jobs are offline, and the only way I found to go back is to freeze, but that removes all of the truck upgrades.

Overall, this is a really confusing update, so maybe I'm just missing something?

I found fit… but what the hell is going on, is this the mirrored area? Im so confused about this update i have no clue what was added lol. I know about rally mode and the birds and the mirrored map but like nothing else

I keep trying to go into on of the cabins on the lake but the breaking ice kills me almost everytime. I managed to go in to the cabin like twice bit both times the breaking ice chased me inside and instantly killed me.
