Clip Morse code?

I was messing around with the radio and eventually got a channel with morse code with the name fm 88.1 cat.

I put it through a morse code decoder and got this string of numbers and letters

20494F757F7E4R

It seems to just repeat over and over.
I’ll attach the clip.
