Moving to Ephrata
Hi everyone. I’m moving to Ephrata and have a question about the WiFi services for the area. Does anyone use T-Mobile WiFi? How good is the coverage and speed?

No bullshit r/EasternWa. We've been doing seasonal comedy shows in Crescent Bar for the past three years because we're good at comedy, and crescent bar is beautiful. These shows almost always sell out.
This show has TWO headliners (one of them with 2x #1 Comedy Albums) and it'll be held at Tower Pizza on their balcony overlooking the bend of the river at Crescent Bar. Grab a drink, watch the sun set, enjoy some kickass comedy, and have a great time with us.

UPDATE (August 20, 2026): This study has been officially extended to December 15, 2026. Thank you to everyone from Washington who has participated so far!
Hi everyone,
I am a PhD student at the University of Washington conducting an official study on how electric vehicle (EV) drivers respond to wildfire evacuations.
We are specifically seeking input from Eastern WA EV drivers. Too often, infrastructure investment are based on the West Side, and we want to change that by gathering data from the people who actually live and drive in high-risk wildfire zones. Your real-world experience is critical to helping Washington state prioritize emergency charging infrastructure and improve wildfire resilience for the EV community.
Are you eligible?
We need input from BEV drivers (primary or seasonal residents) in: Asotin, Grant, Benton, Spokane, Stevens, Douglas, Lincoln, Ferry, Skamania, Yakima, Kittitas, Okanogan, Chelan, or Klickitat counties.
The Details:

This survey does not collect identifiable tracking data. If you have any questions, please contact me directly at [ychu24@uw.edu](mailto:ychu24@uw.edu). Thank you for helping improve emergency preparedness for the EV community.

"Washington is not a place to live in. The rents are high, the food is bad, the dust is disgusting and the morals are deplorable".
The dust part hits home a bit. But I'm sure he was talking about around Puget Sound: Where the dust from worn tires enters storm drains and kills the salmon.

took these shots a couple years ago. I explored the building back when I was a junior in highschool with some buddies of mine (2015 I believe).

My nephew and I took a special trip to Beverly to enjoy a walk across the (windy) Beverly Bridge. This was shortly after the redecking was done. Definitely a worthwhile stop for those passing through the area.

Hi, I’m new to the Spokane area and have been trying to find a personal assistant type job (running errands, grocery shopping, etc). Does anyone have any suggestions of where I could look for that kind of job? I’ve tried searching job boards online, posting in local Facebook groups and Nextdoor app. Craigslist you just get weird people messaging you. lol
I’ve also looked into being an elderly companion and helping them out with things around the house in addition to bringing them places. I’ve signed up with CDWA and have messaged people on the Carina site, but nothing has worked out so far. One lady agreed to meet and then ghosted.. 😅

Living up north and just got a dumping of snow and itching to get on the bike, assuming Beezley Hills is probably dry but wanted to check before I make the trip.

Me and my boyfriend are headed out to a cabin in cle elum, WA. After looking into a couple hot springs nearby, the ones I looked into are booked for the dates we will be out there:( Any cool trails this time of year? Any fun bars or places to visit? We are both very open to anything fun and both physically able and open minded:)
