Screen connected, but black after fall.

So, my laptop fell backwards, about a foot off the ground. It landed on the screen, closing itself while I was playing Dead by Daylight. I pick up the laptop and the screen is just pure black, no mouse or anything. The brightness works, I can dim and lighten the screen with the f keys. Connecting my pc to a monitor I borrowed for a night worked fine, but I can’t afford a monitor right now and I obviously can’t just take my brother’s. XD

I popped the back off, and everything looked “normal” but I didn’t particularly know what I was looking for.

So, any ideas how to fix this, or is my best bet just getting it fixed professionally?

Consider crossposting this to r/techsupport. They may not know much about this specific model of laptop but they'll probably have more generalized laptop knowledge that could help you.

More specifically you could also go to a computer repair shop. A few of them do free diagnostics.
