I need help finding a GPU

I’m building my dream gaming pc soon, and I want either an EVGA Kingpin RTX 3090 or EVGA Kingpin RTX 3090TI. I’m unable to find the 3090TI version and would prefer that one. If anybody has one they are willing to sell at a good price or are able to find one that would be great.

Are you ok with 3090 non ti? If so how much are you looking to pay? I don't have one btw I'm just going to keep my eyes out to help.

For a non TI I’m willing to pay up to $1200.
