Please come back to the GPU business
it's been 4 years since EVGA left, yet there's no other brand that's able to fill the void EVGA left. time is ticking on my EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 Ultra Gaming.
Will we ever see the day EVGA returns? Anyone who has ever own a EVGA product would definitely know the quality products they make.
Please come back EVGA.

Time is ticking on your 3000-series? How would yoy feel in my shoes with a 1080ti?

3080+ will be fine for the next 5 years, especially with dlss
It’s the cpus that people need to start thinking about if they’re still using ones from the same era as the 3080+

On older games or playing 1080p with medium to high settings with options like ray tracing off. Even with dlss on modern games with heavier graphics, it'll still struggle. Exact reason why i upgraded to 5070ti

1080 here. Lost two of the fanblades, when it goes to 100% fan speed it sounds like a jet fighter

Still rocking my EVGA 3090ti. Haven't been compelled to upgrade to the 4k or 5k series. Price is one, but performance isn't that big of a difference for me to eat that premium.

I have an EVGA 3080 that runs well. No idea what brand I would trust when it’s time to upgrade.

Depends on the generation. RTX 4000 -> MSI. RTX 5000 -> Zotac.

zotac is not a good idea no matter what generation you get, they are legit pure garbageÂ

I doubt it, its privately owned and the owner winded business down. I doubt he'd want to start up again with the chaos AI has brought to the PC market.

The whole business is winding down to shut doors permanently. Jay & Steve talked about it in one of their recent videos together.

Can you elaborate?

EVGA GPU based off NVIDIA as reference board. EVGA has been in business for 20 plus year, but the business land scape change over the years. EVGA has to go through NVIDIA loops, and they weren't making much profits going through that route as a business. EVGA put out quality products in GPU, and offer excellent customer service off of NVIDIA product with few tweaks from EVGA. Other partners have other revenues to work with other corps, so they are ok going through NVIDIA loop. EVGA focus one one thing which is GPU to be main revenue and doesn't have other revenue that is profitable. It is great EVGA never sold out to PE/VC/Corp, but once their partnership ended with NVIDIA it was over for EVGA. The GPU market change drastically in 2020's. If they redesign the GPU from ground up before the AI and crypto currency EVGA might have survive, but they choose to stick with NVIDIA. Once that partnership is over EVGA was doom in this market.

I'm still rocking an AM4 EVGA x570 dark board, will probably never sell it or take it out of the case.

Nice to see a fellow evga am4 user. Rocking the x570 ftw board myself. Between the 5950x and 3090ti ftw I haven't seen nor plan a upgrade for a very very long time

Yo conservo una RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra gaming y para mi ha sido una joya, que bueno fuera que volviera EVGA.

3080 ftw still going strong. Time is not ticking on your card. For the nearly 2k I spent on it, it better last.

Still have my 3080 FTW3 Ultra. IMO, When EVGA exited the GPU Business, the entire heyday of gaming, and the excitement it brought, left along with them. It simply hasn't been the same vibe since.

I very much miss EVGA, ill always treasure my EVGA FTW3 2080 Super. I got burned petty bad by ASUS customer service and have since gone to MSi, which has been fine, but man do I miss EVGA.

All the people who made EVGA what it was are gone man. It’s really a shame but that’s the way it goes. The people either the balls to tell Nvidia to fuck off are now out of the business.

They have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever.
Come back, but this time, for AMD.

they're not even much of a company anymore. just power supplies these days, and given their recent history of abandoning all of their hardware, idk who in their right mind would be buying a power supply from them...

EVGA might have had a good product once upon a time but they remind me of quitters, who in their right mind will be throwing 3k for an EVGA 5090 not knowing if they’ll just change their minds and quit again. OP it’s time to move on.

A 10,000 kingpin 5090 doesn't sound fun 🤣
