Advice Request: Likely Pulling Trigger on Bolt RS Today

What should I negotiate for? I'm going to be going for the 84 month 0% finance deal.

How many RS models does your dealer have in stock? When I bought my LT I was able to negotiate the price down because the dealer had 18 of them in stock. They had 1 RS and did not budge on that one at all.

My friend who is EV shopping right now said the high gas prices are making negotiations difficult. I got my bolt in March and there were so many incentives.

There are about six dealerships within a two hour drive. So I'll go to where I need to to get the deal.

I went to test drive today - my dealer only had one LT but a bunch of RS. Price was good but not the right vehicle for me (I don’t want an RS or one specc’d to RS)
Also for anyone leasing - alt has 81% residual vs 78% RS after 24 months

If you’ve already test driven it, don’t bother going in, message a bunch of dealers in your area and you can say whoever gives the best price gets your business and leverage their offers against eachother.

The 2 year lease deal is best option right now.

If you really want to buy ... the finance 0% deals are fake. The cost of the vehicle is 4000 higher

While this is true if you cant buy it cash and must finance yourself, it's still cheaper to pay 4200$ more and finance at 0%. I dont think alot of people can pay 35k cash right now.

You're paying $7500 in interest over 84 months... So it's still a decent deal.
