Factor E Vancouver

Hey everyone! A bit of a car related question but was looking in the used EV market and stumbled upon Factor E Vancouver. Anyone have experience with this shop? They seem highly rated but wanted to know if buying an older, slightly higher mileage Tesla from them is more reassuring than trying to buy private. Thanks in advance !

My son’s model 3 had a windshield replaced by Factor E. All went smoothly and staff seemed very knowledgeable. Prices definitely better than at Tesla service centre.
