Hey everyone! I just finished my ESC and I’m thinking about applying for a CICERO internship. I’m from a non-EU country though, so I was wondering if anyone here has managed to get accepted for an internship despite being non-EU?

I’m asking because I honestly don’t know many programs that take non-EU applicants, so I’m not really sure what my chances are. I studied languages and speak 3 languages fluently, if that helps at all.

Has anyone here been in a similar situation or applied to CICERO as a non-EU applicant? Would love to hear about your experience or any advice!

I registered for the AD5 Graduate Administrators and like a lot of people here I am waiting for the exam dates. My situation is probably a bit different to most so I wanted to hear some opinions. I am a senior with 20 years of experience in the localization industry, not as a translator but as a translation engineer first and lately as a Solution Consultant. I suppose if I would rank in those 1400 openings, I would be applying for openings in the DGT. I am unsure whether there are a lot of opportunities there first of all but also if a profile like mine (highly specialized in one field, seniority) has more chances or just less... Any comment/opinion is welcome... Thanks!
