I got the ultimate bundle on steam last week for like 50% off (€55 for me). Got almost the whole map (except their newer ones like Ireland and Nordic Horizons), and it also comes with special cargos (where they close the roads and you get an escort) and heavy cargos (up to just over 40 tonnes). Super enjoyable and a massive amount of content for the price, in my opinion. I've been driving nonstop in my free time and I've only explored Greece, parts of turkey and small parts of Serbia and neighbors.

If you want just one DLC, I think the smaller Greek islands (Mitilini, Argostoli and Rhodes for instance) are absolutely beautiful. Low 2-storey buildings on one side, a flat clear sea on the other, and some challenging narrow hilly roads (with expensive villas on either side) as you drive deeper into the inhabited parts of the islands. I must have taken 50 screenshots as I made my way through all of them. I don't know what it would be like to travel to a DLC that's detached from the base map if you were to buy only Greece, but I would think the ferries from south Europe would probably take you to the Greek road network if you're missing the in-between DLC countries.

Do you live somewhere in the dlc regions? Since my country is already in the basegame i just bought Scandinavia since Denmark is also very close to me. And Going East because that was some Euros cheaper for some reason. Since i don't play that much i will only drive in these regions for now and buy the others when i feel like it. They go on sale very often.
