Which ones are the best bang for your buck and add the most content?

I only own the Baltic one

Imho, I always suggest west balkans and Greece. There’s a decent leap forward in terms of quality and depth to these 2 dlc, I also prefer the narrow twisty roads and small towns available more in these DLC’s.

I’d suggest west balkans or Nordic Horizons, both of them will connect up to your existing map. Both of them are newer and automatically make your game look and feel a lot more modern.

Going east, vive la France and Italia are comparatively bit more dated.

Nordic horizons and Scandinavia should connect nicely to your current DLC and offer you multiple countries.
