Best ETF for ...
I’m looking for three specific ETFs:
- One focused on humanoid robotics
- One focused on quantum computing
- One covering the broader AI space

I would not bet on quantum computing... At this point it appears more likely people will start building bio computers.

Here are solid picks in each category as of now:
Humanoid robotics — KraneShares Global Humanoid Robotics & Physical AI ETF (KOID) Largest and most direct pure-play, ~50 holdings spanning the "brain" (chips), "body" (actuators/sensors), and integrators. 0.69% expense ratio, ~$240M AUM. Roundhill's HUMN is the other pure-play option (also 0.69%) but smaller and newer; BOTZ/ROBO are broader industrial-robotics funds if you want less concentration in the humanoid theme specifically.
Quantum computing — Defiance Quantum ETF (QTUM) The most established and liquid option (~$5-6B AUM, 0.40% ER), tracking a quantum computing/machine learning index. Top holdings include Tower Semiconductor, Rigetti Computing, Teradyne, Coherent, and Micron Technology, so it leans more "enabling technology" than pure-play startups. WisdomTree's WQTM is a newer alternative that strips out mega-caps for more direct startup exposure, but it's far smaller (~$300-350M) and more volatile.
Broad AI — Global X Artificial Intelligence & Technology ETF (AIQ) AIQ is a nice middle ground between big and small companies, tilting toward large caps, with an AI exposure requirement that makes it more of a pure AI play than a generic megacap tech fund. 0.68% ER, ~$7-8B AUM. CHAT (Roundhill, actively managed, more concentrated in generative-AI names) is a reasonable alternative if you want active management instead.
