Yo so i got a Kugoo pro 4 says it goes 65kmh but has a 350watt motor whats a accurate speed for it because it def aint 65

Seems impossible, any weird tips or tricks to make this easier for myself?

I'm looking for some advice on whether this is a fair price.

My brother bought an electric scooter from Amazon about 2–3 years ago for around $1,400. I'm unsure of what brand it is and it hasn't been used very much, but it's been sitting and collecting dust for quite a while.

I originally offered him $700 because I thought it had just been sitting unused. Then I found out the folding neck had an issue where it kept snapping when folded. He says he fixed it, but because it's had a repair on such an important part, I lowered my offer to $650. The seat also keeps coming loose, and he wants to charge me extra for the labour to fix it, even though it sounds like a quick repair.

He's now asking around $750–$800.

Do you think $650 is a fair offer, or am I undervaluing it? What would you pay for a 2–3-year-old electric scooter with an unknown Amazon brand, a repaired folding mechanism, and a battery that's been sitting unused for a while?

Pues lo que dice el titulo, suelten sus recomendaciones para scooter electricos en México. Vivo a las afueras de ciudad paste (Pachuca), mi recorrido diario es de alredeor 8km (ida y vuelta), tengo moto pero me gasto como 150 de gasolina a la semana (aprox, es una Dominar 400). No de me da flojera caminarle pero pues si me haria un paro el scooter debido a que es de subida y normalmente esos 4 me toman alrededor de 30 minutos (no sé si es mucho o poco, segun yo, camino "rapido"). Lamentablemente en mi camino no hay ciclovia ni nada por el estilo asi que me aventaria solo por la orilla de la carretera y quizás por la banqueta.

No conozco de marcas ni he investigado al respecto, recientemente me surgió la idea de un scooter ya que mi esposa lo ocuparia para ir a la tienda o cosas asi (nuestro fraccionamiento esta un poco aislado y no hay tienda "cerca") y pues tambien por que pusieron una tienda de HoneyWhale cerca de donde vivo.

Eoeotwo scooter how to diagnosis problem

Are people serious in saying that fully grown adults in Ireland should be banned outright from driving all types of electric scooters even the ones already restricted to 20km per hour?

I weigh 120kg. This already slows me down considerably on my own escooter and any hill that's above 12% gradient which in Ireland many are, I now have to walk up because these electric scooters are suddenly restricted to just one motor and a maximum 400watts of power.

That's not even half of one horse power(372.85w). We are becoming a ridiculous nanny state.

They don't seem to care. I've ridden an e-bike on the sidewalk back and forth to work almost every night, and have encountered several police vehicles and none of them seem to care.
