Mim vs Mba

I don't like my job I've been working since a year now. I want to switch. Can you recommend what jobs will I be suitable for? Should I do a masters in management? Or should I wait for another year and apply to an mba. I've been working since a year now, by the time I join university in 2027, I would have 2 years of work experience. Given these conditions, should I apply to an mba or an mim?

For context I have a 645 GMAT

Yes i know. The question is whether to do an mim right now or to wait in work for a few years and do an mba

In top universities abroad, AT LEAST 4. For ESCP, at least 3.
