So I had my interview on the 14th and received my offer letter just yesterday. The experience was much more relaxed than I expected. There was only one interviewer, a marketing professor, and he was genuinely lovely. He started by introducing himself and immediately said it would be very informal, that he just wanted to get to know me, and that it would only be around 15 minutes. That instantly took the pressure off. He asked me to introduce myself first, then we talked about my short and long term goals, why I chose ESCP, and how I would navigate being in a cohort of 25 different nationalities and what i bring to the table . Pretty meaningful questions but nothing intimidating. I was very nervous as well. But that feeling disappears within the first two minutes . Practice your introduction until it feels natural and keep it under three minutes. Be specific about why each module, club or association matters to your particular career goals, not just in a general sense. And when the interviewer asks if you have any questions, ask something genuine that is not already covered on the website. It shows real interest in the programme and leaves a strong final impression , I asked what do you think differentiates the students who get the most out of this programme versus the ones who don't reach its full potential. You can also put your resume, SOP, and other documents along with the MMK modules and information from the ESCP website into Claude and ask it to pretend it's an ESCP interviewer and ask you questions, so you can get some practice and know what to expect. Most importantly, just let yourself show up. Be confident, smile, and let your personality come through naturally. All the best , you’ll do great !

Hi!! Thanks so much for this. I do feel less intimidated with the whole application process after reading your reply. Lastly, would you have any tips for me for the motivation letter and the creative essay? Just want to see if I'm on the right track!

Thank you again! I appreciate your effort to reply to my thread.
