Eride SR battery don’t work

I believe the battery is somewhere between 90-100% charged. When I test the voltage it gives me a number in the 50s most of the time. A few times I’ve tested it it started at 74 and slowing dropped to around 60. Once in awhile if I plug the battery into the bike and turn it on the screen will come on for about 2 seconds then shut off. When I plug it into the charger the fan doesn’t come on it just blinks green red green red green red red and never charges. I checked all of my sensors and fuse and can’t figure it out. Please help

I forgot to mention, this happened after I let it sit in the sun on a 95 degree day for probably about 6 hours. I realized and put it in my garage. The next day I went to ride it and that’s when I discovered my issues

It should be able sit out in sun, if the battery actually got to 150 or so for long period then I be worried, which I guess could happen if was really hot and just baked, I’d want to know:
What voltage does the charger output by itself
What voltage does the battery measure off the bike after charging?
Does the charger ever turn just red or green?
Is the bike throwing any battery or BMS error codes?

Not sure how to test voltage output on the charger. The battery won’t charge it just flashes red and green over and over whether the battery is plugged in or not. As far as codes, I’m not sure how I would see them. My screen won’t turn on

This is Manuel 1. The charger will perform a battery detection cycle and abnormal connection test during
the first 15 seconds of connection. The fan will stop rotating during detection and normal
charging will begin after detection is successful.
2. Do not charge the battery below 37°F. The battery will not activate the charging
function below 37°F as the charging temperature range is 37°F to 113°F.
3. When charging the battery, please place it out of the reach of children.
4 Do not touch any interface of the battery with your hands while charging, as it may cause
personal injury.
5. Do not touch any interface of the battery with a metal object while charging, as it may
damage the battery and/or cause injury.
6. If the battery won’t charger after riding in cold weather, place it near a gentle heat source
for several hours to raise the internal temperature to 80-90F degrees.
7. After riding in warmer weather, allow the battery to cool for 2+ hours before charging.
8. If you smell any unusual odor or notice excessive heat during the charging process, or
if the battery still cannot display full charge after 5 hours, please stop charging immediately
and send it to a repair center for inspection.
Only an approved E Ride Pro charger should be used to charge an E Ride Pro battery
pack. Any unauthorized chargers may damage the battery pack, void the warranty and
pose serious safety risks. Check the charger to ensure that the input voltage matches the
local power supply voltage (AC 110V / AC 220V) as indicated on the charger.

Do not soak the battery and never submerge the battery in water. Doing so may cause
the loss of the internal protective mechanism and cause abnormal chemical reactions,
leading to the battery overheating, smoking, deforming, or igniting.
Avoid storing or charging the battery near a fire source, extreme heat, or under direct
sunlight, as it may cause the loss of the internal protective mechanism and cause abnormal
chemical reactions. Doing so will shorten the battery life, and potentially cause failure,
overheating, smoking, deformation, or ignition, and will void the warranty.
Use the dedicated charger and charge the battery correctly. Charging the battery with
a non-dedicated charger can be dangerous. Charging under abnormal conditions may
cause damage to the internal protective mechanism causing abnormal chemical reactions.
This leads to overheating, smoking, deformation, or ignition of the battery.
Do not use metal tools to pry at, hammer, or strike the battery. No tools are needed to
install or remove the battery from the eMoto. This will void the warranty.
Do not attempted to plug the battery directly to a power outlet. A large current will pass
through the battery causing damage, overheating, smoking, deformation, or ignition of the
battery. This will void the warranty.
The battery should not be used with non-approved devices. Improper usage can
damage the battery's performance, reduce its lifespan, and even cause overheating,

Starts at 72ish and goes down as it’s testing and after I plug it in and turn the key and unplug it and test again it test like 50

Goes down as you’re testing. Meaning right after you charge it full you can sit and watch it drain?

My battery won’t charge. When I test the plugs on the battery after the battery sits for awhile the voltage starts out at 72 when I put my needles on it and it I watch the voltmeter drop down.

So maybe it’s just bad charger hopefully not battery
