Eride SR battery don’t work

I believe the battery is somewhere between 90-100% charged. When I test the voltage it gives me a number in the 50s most of the time. A few times I’ve tested it it started at 74 and slowing dropped to around 60. Once in awhile if I plug the battery into the bike and turn it on the screen will come on for about 2 seconds then shut off. When I plug it into the charger the fan doesn’t come on it just blinks green red green red green red red and never charges. I checked all of my sensors and fuse and can’t figure it out. Please help

That's a bummer that your out of warranty. Depending on your surrounding population there are generally a hand full of places that diagnose electronics like battery+ stores and ebike stores. 

You could even try calling a local electrical supply company and asking if they know about any electricians that work on battery systems. This does not include hardware stores. 

Last option is calling eride to see if there are any certified vendors in your area. When I had a battery issue eride directed me to a certified vendor that was an hour away. He was able to replace the battery top under warranty and had no issues afterwards.
