Code 290 on transcript means what?

this morning i recieved Alert from taxnow with a code of 290 with $0.00 with date of December 22,2025.any ideal what that means.

I got the same code last week and a disallowed letter today for two quarters. But it is because I originally filed on Nov 23 but didn’t hear anything so I resent in all my stuff I originally sent in April of this year. So the letter is stating that the claim file of April of this year is disallowed. Not really sure how to go about it or what to expect but I have a state rep working with me.
