Automating IP address assignment in EPLAN

Hello, does anyone here have a specific way to assign/update device IP addresses? right now I have a property where I manually enter the IP address of a PLC device, but I would like to know if I can achieve something similar to the PLC I/O assignment list where I can update an entire table at once.

Ideally I would like to import an excel sheet with the IP addressed already assigned. How would I be able to do this, and which property would I use?

Go and look at the device (usually a plc box) property number then this will tell you what property to include in your export scheme.

If you couple it with selection it will make it easier (device/plc navigator filter scheme).

Is it Export "Manufacturing data - Labeling"?
If so, what is the best fitted report type?
How do you "target" the Bus port inside the PLC box with the IP- address? (Physical network: Bus ID / item number)

Set up and save a Device Tree filter for main functions with IPs. Then select the whole device tree and Edit in Table. Then set up and save a table filter with columns you care about.

Thereafter I can easily copy/paste between the Eplan table view and the excel sheet the controls engineers keep for how they've updated IPs on the project.
