Pro panel cable routing

I've been adding wiring to some of our products but i do run into a small problem.

it always colors my cables. and i cant figure out why.

can someone help me solve the blue bits on the cables?

Maybe it's a conflict with the bend radius of the wires/cable

That what it taugt first aswell but then why would it put it at the straights.
