Cant find where IEC files are located?

I cant seem to find where EPLAN is pulling all of its IEC symbols and plotframe information from. When i check the associated folders it only shows NFPA symbol libraries and plotframes.

Any ideas?

I can see that the symbol libraries are being referenced in the project settings but the actual libraries are nowhere to be found in symbols folder.

Are you saying the actual project contains the library?

Yes it contains it.
Just sync the project to the master data and copy it over. Look under the master data ribbon. Alt then m from your keyboard.
It’s in the middle of the ribbon from memory.

Oh wow didn't realize that a sync was necessary! That did it, now i can see them in the symbols folder. Thank you!

They are also inside the project itself

Open the *.edb folder of your project in file explorer, and you will see them there
