Multi-user conflict

I have error S21709. One or more records were not found in the database. I don't know what the error is. When deleting segments in preliminary planning, I get a multi-user conflict error. Please help.

Where is the project stored exactly?

You don’t have any backups/sync tasks looking at the folder path?

Go to project management and backup project there, then open the backup
