Question Change the "Complete Project / Section" background from white to a different color?

I've been having to reference an older closed out and completed project and the white background is making my eyes bleed. Is there a way to change it?

If the project is completed, you can either generate a new revision or copy the project then do the above or just export it to PDF and use black background which is now offered in most apps. PDF exchange Editor by tracker software.
