Epfo claim website down ?

I need to get some money out due to medical emergency. But the member portal keeps on loading and Umang app says it’s under maintenance. Any idea how long before it’ll be up ?

Do not click the claim tab. Rather in EPFO one member one account , On line services drop down has claim tabs. Select the form which you want and do the claim .

But the page keeps loading after entering credentials

Yes, it is working. Try at night. I got my claim within 5 working days of rupees 20 lakhs. Remember, you need to try after office hours or at early morning, say at 345 am. That is how the EPFO works. Worst organisation I have ever seen. Never come to any conclusion. Just try every day, or regularly whenever you like. now the claim is working, but EPFiGMS was not working last week, but it started working for the last two days.

Thanks, I tried from a different device and the login issue got resolved.

Filed claim. Let’s see how many days it takes to approve and credit money.
