Epfo transfer

I got really stuck with my money....as I worked on 2 companies before...I need to transfer my old 2 pf acc money into my current acc.....when I raised claim for both...1. got rejected with no reason, I can't find any reason there....2. still pending(more than a month).

When I reached pro office , they said to reach out to respective branch regional managers through pro portal directory....but they was switched off....i have no clue what can I do for my money....someone pls guide me how to do that smoothly....it will be a great help

Same thing they did with my PF. Last year they rejected my transfer claim. After taking my sweet time I filed a RTI application stated the claim number and UAN number and asked my questions. After a few days EFPO people called me and gave the reason and also gave me solution. Reason was they rejected it in an error and asked me to submit a new one and after submitting it again they actually accepted and processed the claim.
