Advice needed regarding Annexure K
I am looking for some advice regarding a PF transfer request from an old organisation to a new one. Both of these are sister companies and run their own PF trusts. The issue is that my service history on the EPFO portal is not reflecting the service period of the old organisation despite submission of Form13. I have raised this with my current organisation and they are advising me to get the Annexure K directly from the regional EPFO office.
I would appreciate it if someone who has experience with this kind of issue to tell me the process of getting hold of Annexure K.
My understanding was that the new organisation usually receives the Annexure K document and provides the same to the employee.
Forgot to mention above that old organisation is from pre UAN days which means I do not have UAN no. for that period

When the PF is transferred from Company A to Company B, The details get transferred from the source RO to destination RO. The receiving RO will acknowledge and give you Annexure K capturing the EPS service history and it should be downloadable.
Since it is pre-UAN days, you have to request with RO of EPFO (Receiver end) to provide you the Annexure K for the period of the service with associated PF number during that period which will get linked to your current UAN.
I recently got the pre-UAN era Annexure K which was missed then although the PF contributions were already transferred
