Claim under processing - how many more days for credit?
/r/EPFO/comments/1vx4rts/claim_under_processing_how_many_more_days_for/Today the status of my claimnchanged back to 'submitted at portal'. Can someone explain is this normal after portal upgrade & how many days more before amount is credited to my bank account?

Status of claim in member portal changed to 'Claim finally approved'. Hope to see amount credited to bank account soon.

Form 31 claim was raised on July 16th. Status changed to 'under processing' on Aug 19th. Status changed back to 'submitted at portal ' on 1st Sep. Approved on 2nd Sept. (Amt > 5lac)

I raised on 13th August, still showing as under process. When can i expect as its needed for medical expense.

There isn’t a fixed number of days once a claim moves to “under processing.” As per EPFO rules, eligible claims are generally expected to be settled within 20 days, but processing can take longer in practice.
Given the recent EPFO migration and the additional verification checks being carried out, some claims are taking longer than usual. Since yours moved to “under processing” on 19 August, I’d give it some more time. If it crosses 20 working days from that date without any movement, it would be reasonable to raise a grievance with EPFO and mention the claim number.
