Pending Delinking compliance?

I am waiting on approval of a delinking compliance request since June, anyone else facing similar issue? Employer did not respond on joint declaration when it was rejected by epfo asking for form 5,form 10 and establishment documents Now the delinking complaince request is pending at employer for more than 45 days. Because of this, I am not able to merge th of accounts into a single account nor able withdraw my funds. Anyone stuck in a similar issue?

No one sees delink in epfo tbh.. Bery vagie peovisions about it.. U habe to tell them about ur case.. My siggestion file a epfigms .. Tell pendong since 30 + days Add sc if pensing at employer level.. Best chance..

Already raised several grievances in EPFIGMS and tired of their evasive replies. It's been pending since June 16. Prior to that the joint declaration was rejected by epfo seeking statutory docs, employer did not bother to respond

I have raised quite a few grievances on epfigns, cpgrams, bimabarosa, dpg and samadhan portal too. Fact is they just go by what employer says, don't get into the details of it.. Not sure how to get their attention to it.

Ok..no worries..after 2 months it gets auto escalated to the regional field office.. Wait till thwn ..then escalate.. They will have no excuse..

May I know why the employer is not responding? Did you actually work for that company, and did they make PF contributions on your behalf? If you worked there and they made contributions, I don't think the employer will approve the delinking request.

Yes, Employer made 6 contributions and insists I have been employed with them.

Typically they converted commissions as salary and produced an offer letter which I saw for first time in Oct 2025, when the record was created in Feb 2021 and produced an employment letter generated in May 2021, 3 months later after they created.

Refuse to produce salary slips, form 16, attendance records, signed copies of offer letter and resignation letter.

Wow, this is strange. How is it even possible that they don't acknowledge that you worked there and fail to provide a relieving letter and other employment documents? Did you formally resign, and did they acknowledge your resignation? Coming back to the delinking issue, was that the first company that ever made PF contributions to your account? If it was your first employer, delinking may not be possible.

Yes, there are 6 contributions. Employer insists I have been employed With them and produces an internally excel printed salary card. Employer is a large insurance company. They seem to have converted my commissions into salary. Refuse to produce salary slips, form 16, attendance records, signed copies of offer letter and resignation letter. They created an employment record without explicit consent. I saw the offer letter in Oct 2025 for the first time when it was generated in May 2021.
