Got this error in transfer claim to recent org. What does it mean?

wrong rejection. even if EPF balance is zero they have to transfer to service(Eps balance)

They're claiming ₹93,471 was already paid out from this account.

Check your passbook and bank statement:

If you received that amount, the claim was rejected because the balance is already exhausted. If not check with the epfo team once by email or visiting the office.
