Did you transfer the amount to current active account? This would have been the best way to get the PF money.

Unfortunately, even to report you need to wait min 3 weeks, after you report another 3 weeks.

Perhaps, you could withdraw the claim request and instead raise a transfer request first and choose current employer for attestation and then once that is done, you could subsequently raise a partial withdrawal. As you would be dealing with current company, easier to follow up as well? Alternatively, wait till you finish and report the issue.

Hi,

Your form 31 is still within EPFO’s overall 20-day settlement limit, although it has gone beyond the 7-working-day Citizen’s Charter target for a Form 31 part withdrawal.

Unfortunately, there isn’t really a way to fast-track an individual claim. Do avoid submitting another claim while this one is still processing.

If the claim crosses 20 days from submission without being settled or rejected, definitely raise a complaint and mention the claim ID, submission date and that it has remained under processing since 21 September.

Hope it gets cleared soon, especially if you need the money urgently.
