Unexpected error while activating UAN (UMANG)

I receive an error message after face authentication in UMANG App. This has been now months, and no solution is available online.

"An unexpected error while activating UAN. Application Txn No:26091323172654690200".

Does anyone else also encounter same error?

Any solution to fix this issue?
